Youth Action Leader is a yearly batch of young females of Power Shift Nepal, where young females from different sectors form a cohort and run projects and campaigns together related to the cross programs of Powershift Nepal. . The activity  duration is for a year, where the selected female group work together for a 12 months to create projects, campaigns, movements, etc. These females are initially given capacity building sessions on climate change and justice, feminist issues in context of climate crisis as well as cross cutting and different skills such as leadership, public speaking, networking, campaigning, etc.
